I had a bit of time to prepare this weeks sketch so I decided to try to get back to my goal of scrapbooking my projects instead of cards, t that I do not love making cards but I am also trying to work on getting my pictures scrapped and into my scrapbooks and out of boxes. I am super close to finishing up my 2012 pictures and moving into 2013. Typically, I only scrapbook in double page spreads but I have a handful of events that just do not have enough for two full 12 X 12 pages so I am breaking from my comfort zone of two matching pages and allowing myself to break out of the mould.
Todays layout is inspired by the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge (AHSC). My girls and husband were having so much fun goofing around and playing horsey rides, my poor husband was the horsey! He was such a trooper, each girl wanted multiple rides and they were never long enough for them, his poor back disagreed.
I really enjoyed working on this layout and it came together so easily with this sketch. So join us over at AHSC and get some pictures out of the box and onto the pages and into your albums!

Thanks for sharing a family moment, and scrapbooking it. Love that you used the sketch for a layout. Great work.
I love this. I was going to scrapbook this weeks sketch too and just didn't have the time. Very nice!
I love how you scrapbooked this layout instead of a card - great idea!
