Summer Adventures - H2H Challenge

Hello...another week another project challenge for you from Heart 2 Heart challenges (H2H). This week our theme is Adventure Awaits.

I created this layout for a couple reasons, I needed one for my Into the Wild workshop but I have a lot of cottage pictures and this paper just spoke to me for being outside in nature (hence the name, Into the Wild) and this would work not just for cottage pictures but also for summer hikes, days in the park and just could cover so many different types of adventures.

Hello and Welcome to the August Stamp of the Month blog hop! This blog hop will take you in a big circle of blogs where CTMH consultants all join together to show off different artwork featuring the August Stamp of the Month - From Me to you.

This is a great Stamp of the Month for both card makers and scrapbookers. I can see so many uses for both types of projects. It features 38 different stamps...WOWZERS 38! I made two different cards for this one. I could not wait to play with my new Share the Joy Thin Cut set and feature the SOTM on the sentiment. For the second card, I also used the SOTM for the sentiment.

- Happy Birthday card - Carolina, Emerald, and White Daisy card stock

Ink:
- Bluebird (thanks card)

- Clear Sparkles (both cards)

You're Awesome - AHSC 327

On the blog today is a card I made for the Atlantic Hearts Sketch challenge, I love using these sketches, they make it so easy to get a project done quickly and you do not have to follow them exactly, think of it as a road map, a guide to get you to a finished project.

For me, I did not follow this one exactly, I left the tag off and changed it to a banner. I do not know why but I have this thing with tags, I love them on every project I see but when I try to use them on a project I think it looks ridiculous...they always seem out of place on my projects and even with the sketch I just could not pull it off, so I altered it a bit to fit what I needed.

Products Used:

Paper:
- Into the Wild
- Heather, New England Ivy, White Daisy and Linen card stock

Stamp:
- B1679 You're Awesome

Ink:
- New England Ivy

Embellishments:
- Clear Sparkles
- New England Ivy Burlap Ribbon

Llama just say you Rock! You do, but so does the Llama on my project today. I love puns and so the minute I saw the Punny & Wild stamp set from CTMH I just had to have it. I paid this stamp with the Decorative Borders for this weeks H2H challenge....On the Border. What does that mean to you? Do you have international pictures showing border crossings, have you done some layouts or cards with intricate, cute, funky, or fun borders? This week it is all about borders...what ever that means to you.

This is what I did for this weeks challenge:

Products used:
- Paper - Into the Wild
- White and Heather card stock

- Central Park Sequins (retired)
- Whisper Extra Thick Twine
