Garden Tags - June SOTM BH

Hello and welcome to the stamp of the month blog hop for June 2020! Tonight we are featuring S2006 - Garden Tags in our projects to see myself and my fellow CTMH consultants use the Garden Tags Stamp of the Month in our projects. Tonight we have 22 consultants participating, if you are coming to me from Krista Hershberger
you are in the right place! If you are starting with me, welcome!

Here is my artwork with this stamp set:

I recently hosted my first virtual crop and at the end of the day we did a prize draw and I put the prizes in these bags and stamped and coloured a tag from this stamp set as a way to say thank you for those joining in.

I used black memento ink to stamp the image and my Spectrum Noir Tri-blend markers to colour them in.

It is now time to "hop" on over to Stefani and see what amazing art work she has in store for you with the Garden Tags stamp of the month!
Until next time, happy crafting!

Getting Outside - H2H Challenges

Hello! Welcome to week 10 (where I am) of lock down and social distancing due to
Covid-19.  While I do love to be holed up inside scrapbooking and paper crafting, my kids are struggling with all the changes to our normal routines and that makes it a bit hard to get some crafty time in but the nicer weather we are having is helping as they can play outside so I took advantage of them playing outside with their friends (at a distance of course) riding bikes and just visiting

So I made this layout to celebrate getting outside and enjoying the nicer days we were having.

I have so many ideas and pictures for this layout once my workshop ladies create theirs I will put pictures of the girls on it. I see pictures of them at the cottage running around among the trees and going on adventures.

Products Used:

Paper:
- Aurora with Sticker sheet
- Peacok, Charcoal, Sage, Sapphire, and White Daisy

Ink:
- Evergreen, Charcoal

Stamp/Thin Cut:
- Z3711 Aurora Scrapbooking

Silhouette Cameo:
- Various fonts
- PPbN Designs (Stars) #44917

Embellishments:
- Clear Sparkles

So very sorry - AHSC 368

Hello! Today I have a card that no one ever likes to make, a sympathy card. A friend of mine had a death in her family so I made this card for her to express our condolences.

For this card, I decided to turn to my stash as I felt most of the newer products were to bright and colourful for a somber occasion. I am not sure why but I tend to shy away from lots of colours and go more monochromatic.

Products Used:

Paper:
- Feels like home (retired)
- Charcoal and French Vanilla card stock

Ink:
- Charcoal

Stamps:P
- Budding Peony (retired)
- Heartfelt

Embellishments:
- White Ribbon
