Hello!
Thanks for stopping by and checking out my latest creation. Right now I am working on cards for my upcoming workshop featuring the Seaside paper pack from Close to My Heart so you may be seeing a a few projects coming up with this paper pack. I love this paper pack; I love the soft colours, the beachy feel of it (especially today when it is -4F with a windchill of -20F, when it is this cold, anything to make me think of warm weather is a huge plus!)
Today I was not sure what I was going to do but I knew I was going to follow the AHSC Sketch #95 and see what I came up with. What I came up with is a Happy Anniversary card that I am really liking. It is a bit out of my element, it has ribbon on it, I am not a huge fan of ribbon and this one has a particularly big ribbon bow on it which to me makes it feel very frofroo!
So here is what I came up with:
Products used:
Paper:
- Seaside
- Lagoon and Colonial White card stock
Ink:
- Cocoa
Stamp Set:
- C1605 Happy to Be Friends
Tools:
- Stitch Guide
- Foam Mat
- Piercing and Embossing Tool
Embellishments:
- Celebrate It Basic ribbon (Not CTMH
- Sew Easy Fancy Floss in Variegated Neutral (Not CTMH)
As I said, this is the first of many upcoming Seaside cards, I hope you like seeing what I come up with as much as I like working on them! Thanks for stopping by and until next time...Happy Scrapping and STAY WARM!
Brandi

I really like the stitched heart...I'm going to have to get out my stitch guide...I think it's a great touch of texture.
This is beautiful... I love the colors and the stitched heart is awesome...
Stitching adds such a nice touch - well done! Looking forward to seeing more of your Seaside Cards - it is such a beautiful paper pack. Nice take on this week's sketch.
Love the stitching on the heart! I am not patient enough to do it! Pretty card!
