Just Because - Gathering Together - AHSC 699

Hello! I know it is not officially fall yet, but once school is back in, it feels like fall to me, and so the fall colours have been calling me. I wanted to play with my new Hot Foil system from Stampin Up!, and this was perfect, as one of the hot foil dies I bought was the Lusturious Leaves Hot Foil Die bundle. The bundle includes the hot foil die, the die cut (they are different), and stencils for easy colouring.

I hope to do a video soon on my Facebook introducing the hot foil system. But until then, here is my card for this weeks AHSC.

Pool Day - August 2026 KOTM

Hello! 

Today I have a scrapbook page for you. This is my August 2026 - KOTM Pool day.

For this one, I paired some old retired papers from Close to my Heart with some current stamp/die cuts from Stampin' Up! I am working those scraps for this one, trying to use up my ever-growing supply of paper. I used the Splash and Relas (167901) and the Summer Happiness (168123) die set and the Washi Tape (168125) for some embellishments to go along with the Summer Vibes paper pack from Close to my Heart.

Hi There - AHSC 695

Hello! Happy Monday to you! I am back with this week's sketch challenge from the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge.

I created this when I had a few minutes but not enough time to start a layout or work on anything that would have required a larger time commitment, as I was waiting to leave for an appointment. I had this paper pack on my desk because I had just finished the scrapbook workshop. I pulled up a sketch and used whatever leftovers I had, and this is what I came up with. 

Of course, having a sketch to start with definitely helps the creative process; it narrows down options. Having something easy to create was just what I needed; I wanted to be creative, but I did not have a lot of time and mental energy if I am being honest. With two off to college in a few weeks, I am juggling so many things but needed some creative therapy!

Good Morning! I am back with another AHSC design for this week! 

I was working on cards for my upcoming August KOTM of the month, and the AHSC sketches came to the rescue with some ideas to get me started and creating. I just love this paper pack; it really made it easy to create cards, and when combined with the Impressions abloom dies, they were super fun and easy to make!

Hello!

It is another Monday, and time for another Atlantic Hearts Sketch challenge! It has been a long time since I did a slime line, and it was fun to play with this size again. I have always felt limited by how slender this card size is, but I love its length. This design made it easy to fill the length while still leaving some room for creativity with the width. And of course, this paper and these flowers, how amazing are they???
