Just Keep Swimming - AHSC 376

Hello! I am having so much fun playing with the Summer Vibes paper pack right now. I have a workshop coming up and I am full prep mode and just loving these papers, it is amazing how quick a workshop comes together with certain papers and this is one of those paper packs, it is so fun and easy to work with. 

I created this card for my workshop ladies...I love the sentiment on this card...Just Keep Swimming. Right now I feel so many are just trying to keep their heads above water and to keep on swimming....

I love the water / wave paper and I this adorable little fish, I just had to do something with it. I coloured it with my Tai-blend markers and love the different colours I used and how it looks.

Keep on Swimming - AHSC 362

Hello! I hope you are all safe and that everyone is doing well in your friends and family circle. We are in some trying and very unusual times right now, everything about every day is heavy, sad, and unprecedented to say the least. I have made it a challenge for me to start flooding my loved ones with mail, for as long as mail is delivered.... I am hoping to spread some good will and cheer along the way...

And that is where this card comes from for the AHSC design team today. Keep on swimming...it is punny but fighting, we just need to keep on moving through this as best we can and for many people we love being cooped up, possibly alone is hard so if you can, send them so love in the mail to remind them that are important and that you are thinking of them.

Love - AHSC 354

Hello! It is Wednesday and that means it is time for a new sketch from AHSC. I used up some of the scraps I had from the Oh My Heart collection for this card. This card was super simple and went together very quickly. I will sneak this into one of my girls lunch pails on Valentines day for a special treat at school to remind her that I love her, each girl will get a card, I still need to create so we will see who gets which card!

Happy Birthday - AHSC #349

Hello and Happy New Years Eve! I will be spending the day today and tomorrow, ringing in the new year doing what I love....scrapbooking!

I made this card using the AHSC #349 but to get it to work the way I wanted I had to flip the sketch on its side, that is the great thing with sketches is that they are a jumping point to get you going but you are able to move things around and make it work for your card or layouts.

As you can see I did flip my design on its side to get it to work. I love the bright bold colours of this card. It is from the Holly Jolly paper pack and yet is does not look Christmas at all and I love that!
