Have a Ball! - AHSC #56

A very beautiful and kind young lady I know (and love) is starting soccer this week (we hope, she has been rained out once already!) and to encourage her on her new venture and to let her know that our family loves and supports her I wanted to make her a card (I will also be working on some signs this week for my girls and I to hold up to cheer her on!) She has had a very difficult year for a 9 year old so anything we can do to show some love and support we are on it!

Here is the card I made for her, I used the sketch from AHSC 56 as my inspiration. This is actually my second card for this sketch, my post for the H2H design team took my original attempt as that theme was garden and it had flowers on it and I did not have any additional time, super busy weekend here. Any hoots, I digress, So with this card I tried to mimic a soccer field, green grass (Olive card stock) white sky (White Daisy card stock), Blue clouds and the sun (Stamp D1426 Over the Rainbow and ink colours Sky and Sunny Yellow). The soccer balls were cut using my newest toy a Silhouette Cameo and while I love my Cricut, I LOVE my Silhouette so far. The cuts were so detailed, I could not even believe it, look at those little black lines, that is black card stock. The patterned paper on the banner is a scrap I had, I do not remember what paper line it is from, sorry!
