Floral Birthday - H2H Clean & Simple

I was in a colouring kind of mood the other night and decided to play with one of my new stamps B1473 Flowers for Mom and decided to see what I could come up with. I also got out our new colours, though they have been out for a bit now, it was my first time playing with them as I had to take the plastic wrap off each of them.

For this card I random stamped the outline flowers (a small and larger flower) onto our White Daisy card stock with Black Memento ink and then with a water blending pen and out ink pads I began colouring the images in, the water blending pen gives the colours a water colour look so the colours may not appears as bright and vibrant as you are used to for these colours.

It was a very simple card to make and that is why I am using it for the Heart 2 Heart challenge this week for a Clean and Simple card. It was simple and to me very clean, there is not a lot going on with it, just a sheer ribbon and the sentiment.
