Today I am a bit late posting this layout. I really struggled with this one and so I am running a bit late for my Design Team duty posting but, in my opinion it is better to be late and happy with a project than to put something out that I am not happy with. I am still not 100% happy with it, I feel it is missing something but it will come to me and I will add it. But for now, this is what I have come up with.....

I really like your layout! I love the big banner on the right with the colorful strips.
I think you are being too critical of yourself... this layout is really nice! I love how well you balanced the colors and it is all so cheerful. It’s lovely.
