hey - Enjoy the Ride - AHSC 583

Hey Hey! I had to get a bit creative with today's card, I had to rotate it as my sentiment would not fit, but that is the great thing about sketches, you can do that, they are jumping off points. Again, I used the Enjoy the Ride paper pack created by CTMH but sold by Stampin' Up! I know I have said it before but I just love this Rosy plaid or gingham pattern and the flowers and bright bold colours are so fun to me. I know I am not done playing with this paper pack at all!

Some Bunny Loves You - AHSC #571

Happy Monday! More Honey Bunny cards for you, but this one is not just for my stash. This one was made from some scraps I had left after my workshop (as all the previous cards were too) and I know my mother-in-law likes to send cards to her great-niece and nephews and grandchildren. Most of her grandchildren are high school aged or knocking on high school doors but her great-neice and nephews are still quite young so this bunny paper is perfect for the little ones.

Love you Latte - AHSC 511

Hello! We have survived January and are one month closer to spring and warmer weather, can you tell I am excited?! It is time to move on to some Valentine cards. Since the start of COVID when everyone was afraid of stores I started making cards for my mother in law and her friends to give to their grandkids so they did not have to venture out to buy cards and help them stay safe, I am still making those cards for them...I guess they liked them to keep asking! So here is the first of the cards I have made. I designed this one for my teen daughter.

While I was shopping at Michaels for some stuff for the kids for Christmas I came across these square card bases and I had not done something like this before so I thought I would buy a pack and see how I liked playing with them and surprise one of the first AHSC challenges was a square card...perfect timing! It was fun having a bit bigger of an area to play with so, so far so good but I will have to play with more to really see if this size is for me, I am a creature of habit!
