Congrats - H2H challenge

This week at Heart 2 Heart Challenges our project theme or challenge is Congrats! It is graduation season so it is a logical time of the year for someone needing a congrats card. But it does not have to be a graduation card, while that seems the logical topic and the topic of my card this week it could be congrats on a new: baby, job, diet, or anything. Congrats...you adulated today...anything!

As I mentioned, mine is a congrats on your graduation card, I have a few relatives graduating university, high school and one graduating Kindergarten so I have a few needs. 

I did not have a lot of time to do this card, had a busy busy weekend so I went with the Happy Times paper pack. The Congrats and grad cap are both from Cricut Artistry Kudos stamp set. I added a spot of White Daisy for the circle. As I was in a hurry I used Retro Sketch #217 for my inspiration.
