WOW - H2H Challenges

This week we have a new challenge for you at Heart 2 Heart Challenges (H2H). This week is all about From Me to You. It could be a project that features the CTMH Stamp of the Month called From me to you (S1908) or it could just be a card you made to send to someone, a gift you have someone, anything as long as it is from you.

For this one, I made a congratulations card. I used the Craft On paper as this was also for my workshop. I really loved the soft mint paired with the black, they just really popped together, black is usually not a go to colour for me but with this paper pack it really was.

Products Used:

Paper:
- Craft On
- Mint, Black, and White Daisy

Stamp:
- 1908 From Me to You

Ink:
- Black and Mint

Embellishments:
- Black Shimmer Trim
- Clear Sparkles

Summer Days - Heart 2 Heart challenge

Hello and Happy Monday! Summer is finally here and I made the most of it this weekend enjoying the pool with my girls today. The day started with some scrapbooking and I was going to make a card for todays challenge and I said nope, not today...no cards today I am going to do a layout to get some of these (easily over 5,000) pictures I have into my albums. So I started working away on a layout of 2 of my girls and our dear family friends when we spent the day at a splash pad and had a McDonalds picnic....it was a great day. We have advanced from the splash pads to the pools and oddly we were at the pool this weekend with the same friends. it is great watching our kids grow up together.

Now onto the Heart 2 Heart challenge....this weeks theme is "You are my Sunshine" so anything to do with sun and sunshine! And what is more sunny than a bright summer day? There are two stamped suns but the Lemon ink did not show up well in the picture but looks awesome on the layout. One is directly next to the word summer and the other is on the right hand page at the top corner of the pictures.

It was a lot of fun creating this layout today and getting some pictures in my albums and out of boxes!

Products used:

Paper
- Craft On
- White Daisy card stock

Ink:
- Carolina, Bluebird, Lemon, and Emerald

Stamp:
- D1858 Summer Memories

Embellishments:
- Central Park sequins (retired)

Thanks for stopping by to visit me today, I welcome any and all feedback. If you want to play along, just click here and it will take you to the H2H challenge blog for all the information you need to play along.

Until next time, happy crafting!

Love you! - H2H Challenges

Hello! Happy Monday to you! I am back with an entry for my design team duties (which I sadly and embarrassingly admit to slacking on the last few weeks) but I am back and committed as ever. This card is for the Heart to Heart challenges design team and the them for this week is Craft on. CTMH does have a paper collection called Craft On but you do not need to use it for this challenge, your entry can be anything about the crafts you enjoy doing, it could be documenting you enjoying your crafts, it could be the paper collection or stamp sets, just as long as it is crafty!

I have a card today featuring the paper from our Craft On paper pack and the Craft On card making set. I love this set specifically the pinwheel. I could not wait to get my hands on it and play with it.

I stamped the inside with the cute sentiment that says you mean the whirl to me. I love that!

Thanks for stopping by and visiting today, I welcome any ad all feedback on my work. We would love to have you join us by clicking here

Until next time....happy crafting!
