Zoe - Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Hello! Tonight we have a blog hop that I am so stinking excited about...we are featuring the ZOE paper pack which is back for a limited time as part of our bring back our pack promotions. If you are here, you are either starting the hop with me or you have come to me from the extremely talented Gina Brandstetter! Either way, welcome to my blog and the blog hop!

Zoe was and is one of my all time favourite paper packs, I do not remember how old it is but it is fairly old and I am still hoarding some from its initial catalog offering. Now the newer pack has been updated to reflect our current colour palette as some of the colours in the original are retired....but it is still AHMAZING! I just got my new pack yesterday and can not wait to play with it, but first I have some inspiration from Zoe from when it first launched for you. In many of the pictures, you will see my girls faces blurred out, they layouts were done while we were still fostering them and thus I was not allowed to post their likeness online so I had to blur them out....I got better at adding the pictures after taking pictures of the layouts so I did not have to do that!

If you want to know what products were used, I have added links after each project to take you back to the original blog posts.

Thank you for taking the time to check out my projects with Zoe, I am thrilled to create even more with the newer paper pack (and while I got my first one, I will be adding more to my next order too!) It is now time to hop on over to the amazing Katy Taylor blog to see what great projects she has for us!

If you are interested in purchasing Zoe for yourself, please reach out to your CTMH consultant. If you do not have a consultant and are in Canada I am happy to assist you with any orders. If you are in the USA, New Zealand, or Australia and need a consultant I am happy to help you find someone who can assist you locally.

Thanks for stopping by, until next time...happy crafting!

Trending Now - Niagara Falls! - H2H challenge

#family, #love, #makesmehappy, #ctmh, #bestjobever...ahhh hash tags! Remember when this # was a number sign? I do! (obviously since I typed it...lol) Times have changed a lot since I was a kid. The new hip thing is to see what is "trending" aka making news, getting noticed, the hot topic (and yes I realize I sounded super old saying the hip new thing...lol)

For this weeks challenge I decided to do a layout. Now I do not know if #niagarafalls is a trending topic on social media but in our house it comes up often. Niagara Falls was one of the first road trips we took our girls on and they LOVED it and still talk about it all the time. We have been back one other time and it is always a favourite topic so it tends to trend in our house. I also used some different things you can find on social media such as a locate arrow and a hashtag stamp for #makesmehappy.

Sparks - AHSC 132

I just adore this picture of my oldest with her face painted like a puppy from one of her Sparks meetings. She loves going to Girl Guides and just has so much fun learning from the different leaders and making new friends.

Sorry for the blurred faces but I struggle with showing off my layouts and the protection of my girls privacy. They did not consent to me posting their image and they are not old enough so I blur their faces & names out.

Products used:

Paper:
- Zoe
- Glacier and White Daisy card stock

Ink:
- Slate, Sorbet, and Sweet Leaf

Stamps:
- D1658 #makesmehappy
- D1647 Documenting Moments

Misc:
- Alphabet rub ons (Not CTMH; packaging gone not sure of manufacturer)

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my project for the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge (AHSC) this week! Be sure to check out the rest of the design team and the other participants work.

Until next time, happy crafting!

Through the window - A H2H Challenge

This week we have a fun challenge from Heart 2 Heart challenges. The theme is "Through the window." What is your take on this theme?

I will admit I struggled with this a bit compared to my fellow design team members, they had some super awesome creative ideas. All I could come up with is this card with a window and a flower box. I was ok with that as I love this sweet stamp set and use it whenever I can.

I got to play with our the new CTMH Zoe papers and I will be ordering more of this paper as I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! It is so versatile. You will be seeing more of these papers in my next few blog posts because I am just loving playing with it!

Products used:

Paper:
- Zoe
- Pear and White Daisy card stock

Ink:
- Pear
- Cocoa

Stamp:
-D1490 Flower Pot (retired)

Misc:
- Watercolour Pencils

Thanks for stopping by and taking a look. To see what others have done be sure to check out the rest of the Heart 2 Heart design team here.

Happy crafting!
