July/August new product blog hop

Tonight I am in another blog hop featuring artwork using products from the new July/August idea book. If you are joining me from Alyson, welcome, isn't her work amazing?

Tonight I have another layout featuring Summer Vibes, this is the second layout of my 3 layout workshop for the Summer Vibes workshop. I am going to say it again but this paper pack is amazing and I love it. There are not many paper packs I am not a fan of, but there are some that just seem to scrap themselves and this is one of them. The 3 layouts came together so quickly and are some of my favourites I have done in a long time. The inspiration for this layout was the perfect picnic creating the perfect day. The minute I saw the red gingham print I knew I had to do a picnic layout. I kept the title a bit generic to work for many events in case my customers do not have picnic pictures.

Products Used:

Paper:
- Summer Vibes with Sticker Sheet
- White Daisy, Fern, Black, Lemonade and Nectarine

Embellishments:
- Black and White Dots

It is time to "hop" along to Michelle's blog and see what fantastic project she has for us.
Until next time, happy crafting!

Brushed - SOTM BH

During the month of June, Close to My Heart is bringing back one of the most popular paper packs from the past, Brushed. Tonight CTMH consultants are showcasing artwork, past and present that we have done with this fabulous paper pack. If you are joining me from Katy Taylor blog, welcome, you are in the right place. If you starting with my blog welcome, I hope you find a ton of inspiration.

I created these layouts when the Brushed paper pack was originally released. In the first layout you I used one of the stamp sets that they are bringing back along with the paper pack. I remember really stepping out side of my normal comfort zone to colour in those flowers with ink and my water blending pen. It was the first time I tried something like this and it is by far one of my favourite layouts.

The second layout was a fun layout I did using the compliments that came with the paper pack when it was originally introduced.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today, I welcome any and all feedback. If you would like help with purchasing any of the products mentioned my post today, please contact your local CTMH consultant. If you do not have a CTMH consultant and are in Canada I can absolutely assist you in ordering. If you are in the United States, New Zealand or Australia, I can help you locate a consultant local to you for ordering.
it is time to hop on over to Name and check out the amazing work of Lauren Moore and she what she has created.

Until next time, happy crafting!
